Third Party Claims Administration
W. J. Cox Associates, Inc. also provides third party claims
administration service at a per claim fee for non-forest
industry self insured clients.
The utmost vigilance is assured by close supervision and
holding fast to our rule of no more that 175 claims assigned to
each claims examiner. By strictly controlling the claims load,
examiners are able to monitor and follow up on each claim
effectively and efficiently.
Special emphasis is placed on return-to-work, hearing
preparation, voluntary removal from the work force, prompt and
proper medical attention and the myriad of other factors that go
into mitigating claims costs.
Our well experienced and professional claims staff is
specifically trained in thoroughly administering each claim in a
fair yet economically prudent manner, with an eye toward maximum
efficiency with regard to indemnity expenses.
